   I have been coming here about a year unfortunately my Biab infill I had today was really uneven and thick, the white tip was not straight on them and the white wasn’t bright and was an off white/ yellow colour. I called up to politely and apologetically ask if they could be corrected as I didn’t like to just leave it and not want to go back, although I wish I did. When I went back no apology / recognition made to feel like it was a me problem and told to check they are right as they won’t have time to correct them again tomorrow. I had them filed back to the base Biab, the Biab is not up to base of the nails on some or to the ends of all the nails and they are a really horrible lumpy texture. I am going to have to pay to get them removed and done elsewhere. I am really disappointed as I enjoyed coming to this salon before.

   Best Spray Tan service I've had in Sheffield! Booked me in with ease, polite and professional. Lasted ages and faded well. Felt comfortable and well looked after, properly informed and had a nice chat with the lady doing my tan. Will definitely be returning and can't wait to try their other services. Highly recommend!

   Friendly staff but i dont recommend for high quality interesting acrylic nails and designs. Got told theyll be able to do it when i showed pic, come in for appt to be told they cant do it, they cant do marbles ombres flakes or more complex art, couldnt cancel my appt since already paid deposit and was too little time to find another salon. The acrylic nail shape was done unprofessionally not using acrylyc drill my nails are very thick and clunky, felt too much pressure having to check every detail of my own nails to tell them how to correct it, definitelly not worth the money they charged

   I have been going here for years, and always found the service wonderful but today it felt very rushed, my nails don't look very tidy and I'm not sure if I'll go again after always rating it 5 stars. Really disappointed

   I recently went for a massage at The Works. The 3 staff members I interacted with were all extremely friendly and very professional, going out of their way to help me. I was placed in the downstairs room which was a little susceptible to the sound of creaky floorboards upstairs but was so warm and nicely decorated that I didn't mind. The massage was great, and didn't feel rushed. For the price and the convenience I thought they provided a great service.

   Average. The positives are that the decor is lovely and the choice of products were nice. What takes the shine off are the not very warm or welcoming staff, my therapist didn't introduce herself and the girl the took my payment didn't do anything to keep my business after being disappointed about the offer. The taster facial was nice, however my neck and chest wasn't touched. When the therapist began the facial no gentle intro was used and the hot pads straight onto my eyes was a bit harsh. There is such a noise coming from upstairs it's hard to relax. The eyebrow waxing was ok, as in her technique but the result was not fab, I had to ask for the shape to be put in on the top. The therapist did try to explain that they were difficult to get out but I know I will be able to get them out, which isn't the point really. Lastly the offer 'ABC' isn't the same as it is on the website which is disappointing. So I just paid for what I had and probably won't go back. I may be a tough customer having been a therapist for years but the experience didn't wow me.
