It was my birthday and I approached the benefit counter asking for some help as I wanted something special ahead of my dinner out that evening. Olivia was fabulous, put me in her chair and got to work on transforming me into the best version of myself. She showed me tips, talked me through each step and really made me feel comfortable. I felt truly listened to with exactly what I wanted and left feeling that I could transform myself at home using the same tricks and products she taught me how to use. Ava did an amazing job with my brows! I had a wax, tint and lamination. Ava took the time to talk me through each step and ask me how I wanted them, showing me as she went. Ava was so lovely, and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed! I would recommend Ava, 10/10 service. I will definitely be back!
I came for a brow wax and was informed about their lip waxing option, and had it done. Daniel was my advisor and did a fantastic job. I bought quite a few products and tried some techniques. Chloe was also on and gave a great second opinion on things.
had chloe do my eyebrows a few days back after a disaster at another salon leaving one eyebrow thinner than the other and she went above and beyond to fix them. they look great now! she also went ahead and did my makeup as she had plenty of time to spare until her next client, which resulted in me buying benefit products yesterday as my skin has never looked so good as it did when she did my makeup. pricey but worth every penny! xx
My daughter is ill and I went into "Boots" in meadowhall where the "Benefits" outlet is located. The store was busy but I was met by Chloe- what an amazing young lady to have as part of your team. She was happy, pleasant, so patient and helpful. She chatted and totally put me at my ease. She made me feel as though I was an important and valued customer. She was knowledgeable about all the products but never pushy. This young lady was like a true ray of sunshine. I truly hope you can pass on my thanks to her.
I was browsing makeup today in Boots when Daniel sat me down for a consultation. After an in depth look at my brows, we settled on a wax to get my desired shape and afterwards did a full face of makeup. It was an amazing experience, my brows look fantastic and I have never felt more confident. Massive thank-you to the whole team for making me feel welcome, I will definitely be returning!
Daniel did such a good job of my eyebrows, I always love the way they look after a Benefit wax! He mapped them really beautifully, and kept me updated and informed the entire way through about his next steps to ensure they were what I wanted. Really lovely conversation throughout aswell, we had such a laugh which is always great when you're having something painful done!! Great customer service, will be booking Daniel again
