Ava has given me brows I never thought were possible I'm so pleased I can't believe the difference it's made to my face.    Called in to Flannels on my way home from work for some much needed eyebrow magic! As always, my favourite eyebrow tech, Sophie, was on hand to wax, tint and style my brows to perfection and, as always, did an incredible job. Sophie always puts me at ease whenever I visit and listens to exactly what I want at each appointment. I’ve had visits at the Benefit concession in Boots before and have come away feeling ignored, intimidated and less than happy with my brows, even once having to remove the tint at home because they were left almost black! I’ve never had a bad visit with Sophie and would highly recommend her to anyone. During my visit today, I was told about the new face products that Benefit have launched and given lots of information about each one. I was asked if I wanted to try the clay mask, but due to a reaction to a clay mask in the past (a high end brand) I was reluctant to try this during my appointment. However, Sophie did test some on my hand to demonstrate the product and sent me home with a sample of it, and some of the new moisturiser, to try at home. I honestly can’t recommend Sophie at the Flannels Benefit concession enough! She is an amazing brow tech and I won’t let anyone else near my brows now!

   Had my first brow appointment with Sophie, after a horrendous experience elsewhere. Sophie understood the situation was very patient, gave a detailed explanation of what she would be doing with a plan for future appointment as my brows need a lot of love! Sophie made sure i was comfortable throughout, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The waxing and tweezing experience was 10/10, products were recommended and applied which were exactly what i was looking for. cant wait for my next visit :)
