   Don’t shop here!! They are expensive, we decided to shop here as they are very close to us and we had didn’t want to order from multiple places. We live 5 minutes away from their shop and have spent almost £1.5k and still they add delivery charge each time. (They do not tell you beforehand). The staff are not very bright. We asked to speak their manager the girl says she only has a boss. LOL

   Amazing customer services. My friend recommend this place to me the very first time i went i was greeted with complementary coffee and was shown around the merchant & was blown away with the prices as there are very low compered to other builder merchants around the area also the quality of the product is mind blowing I will be definitely coming back and recommencing to my friend. Overall, I highly recommend A2Z Builder Merchant for anyone in need of building materials or tools. Their combination of quality products, knowledgeable staff, and an inviting atmosphere makes for a fantastic shopping experience. I will definitely be returning for my future projects!

   Very bad experience with A2Z Builders. I clearly asked for liquid screed with proper leveling, and they promised they could do it. Instead, they used cement-based screed, did not level it properly, and left it cracked and uneven in one room. I paid them £1,350 cash on the day, and they never gave me an invoice. When I complained, the owner only offered 10 bags of self-levelling compound and told me to fix it myself at my own cost. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I ended up paying another contractor to fix their bad work. I also have photos and videos proving how badly the job was done. Avoid this company if you want proper work done and honest service.

   I got material from A to Z builders merchants and the provided material have very good quality. They are very specific about the concrete work completed and regarding the delivery they are providing . Good communication skills and have good performance. They have genuine price than other merchants across the birmingham. Overall there is good satisfaction to have a work with this merchant.

   Delivered damaged plasterboards. When phoned to raise complaint they didn't want to know. So unprofessional. Poor quality plasterboards. Wouldn't use again. Plenty of better merchants around the area with cheaper prices.
