Staff member rude shouting at customer's, because they wanted to exchange an item for a larger size, and instead of explaining why they couldn't, this staff member was rude beyond belief, shouting across the store. Have a nice day, goodbye, continuously. To an elderly couple
On ordering a product online, when I went to collect it in store, I was appalled. Not only was I given a collection of parts without any packaging, but I was rudely told by staff to just accept what I had been given. The staff responsible for helping me receive my order had stubbornly told me that this seemingly random array of parts (which was not in any unifying exterior packaging) was indeed the complete product, packaged as intended to be sold. I had insisted that something did not seem right and requested that they check for any remaining parts that were not already attached, and they made me wait for 20 minutes whilst they retrieved some of the legs that had not initially been given to me; they admitted to taking these new parts from another package. Instead of providing me with a new package, it seems they had just pawned off a range of spare parts to me. I'm extremely disappointed all round.
Indoor plants and outdoor plants.. kitchen thing is very nice. Very nice sofa cover and kids sofa very cute.
Good clean store with reasonable prices and a good selection of products. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Fully recommend.
Buy a mix paint on the chart it wasn’t so bright.when I bring it home and start to use it , it was so shocking to see the colour it was dark Green when I asked if I could bring it back and get it lighter they said know. That not the way a guy business should treat their clients
They have DPD drop off point and constantly refuse to take parcels. Worst thing is how aggressive and abrupt the staff are in a customer facing role. Why have you even got this service if you refuse to take parcels. Only had 7 small parcels which could have easily been stacked on top of each other and taken up no more than 1 foot x 1 foot space. So much for Christmas spirit. Avoid if you enjoy Christmas cheer and good customer service as you will receive none of those.

Typical homebase store really. Easy to find just outside Oldbury town centre. The main advantage of this store location is that it is on a medium sized retail park and is one of the end stores and there is free parking. As result you can get a space close to the store making it easy to load bulky items. Disabled parking is also close by the entrance. Store also has kitchen and bathroom suite display on the first floor and a large garden centre.
It's a DIY chain store. Nothing different from the competition. Always seem to have very few staff but they are willing to help.
