   worst experience I’ve ever had while getting my nails done, staff was really rude and shouted at me when i payed saying I haven’t payed only for 10 minutes later for my payment to go through, not only were the staff rude but I was also waiting 2 hours before they even touched my nails and another women who came in after me was served before me however I couldn’t leave as my friends nails had already got her tips on. I would not recommend this nail salon as it was very unwelcoming and was mistreated. My nails feel very sore as they were very ruff and I have polish and glitter on my hands which won’t come off.

   Terrible. I asked for gel extensions multiple times and got given acrylics which i’m ALERGIC too. I also asked for a heart and they did it upside down so i asked for them to re do it and they messed it up 3 TIMES so i didn’t end up getting the heart. My friends nails were not filed when out on so they were wonky and she had to ASK the worker to file them. Also my ends of my nails aren’t painted they look scruffy. Don’t go here go somewhere else the staff also yank on your hands and don’t speak to you at all. Never going back again.

   I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past 4 years now and I have never had a bad experience, they have always done my nails perfectly. They always listen to what you want and make sure you’re satisfied before leaving the store. Hannah is amazing at nail art and does some incredible nail designs. The salon is lovely and clean and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. I always recommend this salon to people and 4/5 people have been to this salon from my recommendations. Thank you for always being so lovely and always doing amazing nails.

   First time visiting the salon today, wasn’t a very good experience, my fingers were completely butcherd due to going to close to my cuticles with the drill and the filling, they was bleeding and are now still very very sore. I would understand if there wasn’t much regrowth but I had 5/6 weeks worth of regrowth and there was no reason for my cuticles to be completely cut up. I’m happy with the nails, they shape is lovely but my fingers are incredibly sore and are still slightly bleeding now. The final paint job wasn’t great either. They don’t look neat and look almost streaky in certain lights. I have also been left with shellac all over my cuticles and side of my fingers. I didn’t want to say anything whilst I was in there as I was in a great amount of pain and just wanted to leave. I’ve been having my nails done for years at different salons and have never left with cut up, sore and dry cuticles. The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming at all and the shop wasn’t the cleanest of places. On the plus side, it’s cheaper than I normally would pay but I guess, you get what you pay for. Wanted to add - it’s now been 3 days since I had the nails done, the shellac is chipping off and the part of the acrylic has broken away..... not happy at all!
