   Terrible, zero communication, complete waste of time! Was looking to get bathroom designed and installed by Wickes Halesowen. First off our home appointment got cancelled last minute (understandable) then got rearranged and went fine, no issies there. Made an appointment to go in and view the design. It came up as a different person so called to check this would be ok and was told there was no problem. Turn up only to be told it had to be with the same person and no design had been uploaded (after over a week as we were on holiday). Rebooked for the earliest possibility. Turned up only to be told that memeber of staff was off on long term sick now and had been for nearly a week. No phone call or email to let us know. 2 wasted trips and both times told that the manager should have contacted us to let us know. If they cannot handle organising the planning phase I dread to think what would have happened should they have got the job!

   0 Stars. Utterly disgusting how little respect they have for the environment!. I walked passed and the amount of plastic waste for there stupid signs is unbelievable. Clean up your mess WICKES

   Popped in to look at kitchens, was greeted by Greg within a few minutes but he let us look inpeave. We picked up a brochure from him before we left and found him very friendly and helpful. We'll be back when we're ready to order.

   My wife & I visited this Halesowen store last week and we were lucky enough to be assisted by Lewis. What a credit to the store and Wickes brand he is, polite and super helpful. Most of the items we required were kitchen clearance but that didn’t detract from his service, contacting other stores, suggesting alternatives from in store, re-figuring the design ideas he really went above and beyond to help us out. Not the sort to normally write a review but this lad deserves it, well done Wickes having one of the best assistants we can recall from any type of retail.

   Came in to get some wooden sleepers for the garden, surprised they're only £12 each for 1.2m size. Quality could be better, as many of them were damaged in some way, shape or form. However, there were enough good ones to meet my needs. Also at this price, can't complain! Car park is free, large and has plenty of spaces. Didn't have to wait long to get served, staff are friendly enough.
