   Zero stars if I could. Purchased some grout on cutting it from the top to pour into bucket the bottom split. Took it back to Halesowen store for exchange. Was met by a rude female member of staff , sorry let me re phrase very rude who refused and called the manger. I expected better from the manager again didn't care just a straight no. Called customer services and they listened to my problem. Straightaway got it sorted for me to collect from another store. As for the Halesowen store staff that dealt with me they have no people skills or how to deal with customers. Maybe your in the wrong job with your attitudes?

   Poor show from toolstation over the holidays. Says on their own website and on Google that they are open 10 -4 on new years day. They weren't. No problem with not being open, but just don't mislead people that you are.

   Toolstation Halesowen are a great local tool store, the staff are always helpful and polite, most items are usually in stock and if not are usually ordered in within 24 hours, the pricing of their products are very competitive, even against online stores and easily beat their next door neighbor's Screwfix on price on most items but sometimes they just don't have what you need and you have to pop next door, but on a whole when I need something tool wise asap Toolstation Halesowen is usually my first port of call.

   There is female cashier unbelievably rude and impolite telling me if I don’t know the product code she can’t find give simple bin bag. Her altitude was out imagine looking at me foot to head. I always buy from tool station very polite and helpful staff but Halesowen tool station customer service was horrible. Be aware of them

   I have used Toolstation, Halesowen branch for many years, for all my projects. Always found the prices keener than anywhere else and everyone there is always efficient, courteous and friendly. My recent visit involved purchasing a large, bulky and heavy piece of equipment. Counter Staff member Andrew, insisted on carrying it for me to my vehicle, ensuring it was safely secured for my homeward journey. Little touches like this impress me and escalate the already good level of customer service to a new high. Can you imagine B&Q doing likewise? I think not…..you’re lucky if you can’t find a member of staff there to even speak with! Like to say a big thank you specifically to Andrew and well done to all the guys, (and a girl), at Toolstation, Halesowen branch, for first class customer service and always a friendly welcome. You’re the best!

   Always use this branch of toolstation and have never had any issues. The service received is excellent and I have to commend the return/exchange process. So simple, professional and seamless. The staff I’ve encountered have all helped this diy novice with finding the correct product or steered me in the right direction. 10/10
