   I am not a tradesman and the staff at Minster gave me advice on exactly what I need to buy and even helped me lift large plasterboards onto the roof of my car when I picked up the materials and help me load and secure everything. Really friendly and helpful.

   Staff incompetent. Took two hours to be served to small order. Office Staff didn't know what they were talking about. Tried to sell us things we didn't need. It took the warehouse staff to put things right. Very disappointing experience.
