   I surprised my girlfriend Charlotte this week with a set of nails which at booked mint in medowhall. We could bot be happier with the level of service and professionalism that we received. Kirsty was the most pleasant and professional lady my partner had ever had the pleasure to do her nails. Not feeling rushed at all and Kirsty made a superb job giving my Charlotte exactly what she asked for. Will be only using here and requesting Kirsty everyone going forward. We only live in staincross so not a long run to get such a great experience.

   Alis was really friendly and really chatty throughout my nail appointment, she was so gentle but thorough when doing my nails and did an absolutely fantastic job! It is the best gel nails that I have ever had done, and I would definitely recommend her

   Absolutely disgusted with state of my daughters nails. Gel Polish on hands and toes, appointment at 5pm today and by 7pm it was already lifting. She goes on holiday tomorrow so can't do anything about it. £68 well spent. Wont be rushing back !!!!

   To show that this business doesn’t care about customers and they are not responsive to customer feedback. I sent the following email and did not get any responses back and given them more than 7working days to respond. “I had my nails done in Sheffield on the 6th of September just before I went on my holiday. I wasn’t satisfied by the service I received. Initially i was told it would cost £25 for manicure but upon paying it went up to £35. I was gutted. Worse thing was to be told that I had to pay £2 extra for a nail file which is a basic thing when you are running a nail salon business The person doing my nails was polite and nice however she had to rush finishing my manicure because the person in charge had to speak across the other side reminding her that her next customer was waiting as if i didn’t count. As a customer I should not be made to awkward and not needed. As a result I had uneven finish on my nails and to be treated as a second class customer left a sour taste in my mouth”. Basically they’re after your money and after that they don’t care; this is the impression im getting from their silence. I wont be going back.

   Booked a last minute appointment on the day which is hard to do at most nail places. Covid regulations in force and very good, everyone wearing masks and customers washing hands before treatments. Jess did my nails, though she said she was new she was very quick and professional. Can’t recommend it enough. Will be back.
