   The staff are welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the services they provide, they are very good at getting you in for available appointments. The salon is lovely and clean, they offer a good range of services and they offer refreshments. Been going since the salon opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else, I get everything in one place and at a very good price.

   i paid online for mega volume lashes, the lady was nice but she gave me classics/hybrids, i asked her if i had enough lashes and she said yes so im not really sure why it turned out this way, in the end i had to ask her to add more lashes and it seemed like i had to suggest a price change myself due to the result, a lot of convo going on i felt at times she was distracted, it was meant to be a £55 set (without deposit) she said i could pay £25, if i knew id be laying there for a £25 set i would of went elsewhere. it could of been a better experience but it was a nice atmosphere

   I have had my lashes done by shanti for nearly 3 years now and all I can say on the experience is WOW! Every time I walk into that salon and sit in that chair it is a whole new experience. I walk out with the most confidence when I get my lashes done my shanti. I have had my lashes and my brows done by shanti and she is brilliant. She will talk to you throughout the appointment. She is always sparking up a conversation. I have tried so many styles from shanti when it comes to brows and lashes and she nails it every time! Always going to my eye shape and making sure that the lashes and brows suit me and my face. I will always be going back to the dream lounge and booking my appointments with shanti because she’s the best in the game. Girlies book your appointments with shanti now!!!❤️

   A lovely salon, always such a warm welcoming vibe from the girls. Shanti has been my lash tech for years and always did the best hybrid cat eye lashes. When I developed an allergy to extensions, I was honestly really upset and thought I’d have to give up on lashes altogether. Shanti was so kind and reassuring, and she suggested I try a lash lift instead. I’d had them done before elsewhere and didn’t see the point, but I trusted her and I’m so glad I did. The results were amazing! I always leave feeling so confident, and i now can’t live without it. I’m genuinely so grateful she took the time to listen, care, and offer me an alternative that worked. Couldn’t recommend her more!

   This lounge is usually my go to for my lashes...I had my lashes done on 24th May by Shanti and the lashes looked fuller than I wanted as I did say natural but not a problem I was just happy to have them done as I was travelling the Monday even though they weren't perfect as upon walking to my car the corner lashes were already curled sideways. The tape was too close to my lashline so it irritated a bit and she apologised but it wasn't a problem as it happens. The next day I messaged her to say that my eye was irritated, stuck together and sent her a picture of how red my eye was and it was also very itchy which has never happened after any service I have had with any of the ladies at the salon. She was apologetic and said it could have been the tape that caused a chemical reaction, never happened before so accepted it as I'm no lash tech. On the 27th I messaged her to say that the redness had gone down but the lashes have fallen off and was advised that it could have been how I slept as she had the same problem and I could just turn the other side. I don't sleep on my face so my sleeping pattern was not the cause. I attached a picture of my almost bare hybrid lash and her response was shocking as she proceeded to assume that I got them wet or got product on them and avoid using eye cream. Why would I jeopardize a fresh set and waste money. It is quite unfortunate as I travelled out of the country to see my father who was ill and I told her that when she asked why I did my lashes on my visit. I am appalled as this is not the service I expect and having visited the lounge a few times it has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is not the first time she has done my lashes and it lasted a few days only difference is this time I actually messaged her. Yes I could not have come in to infill but at least provide some form of accountability and rectification. I don't know if the itching, redness and eyes sticking shut was an allergic reaction which caused the lashes to fall out but I would have appreciated some resolution.

   I absolutely love daniella and so proud of what she’s achieved I would recommend all my friends to go to her and all the other young ladies in the shop . I go for my eye lashes done every 3 weeks Dan is amazing. The results on the sun beds are too . Such a welcoming salon love going always feel so good when I come out . So don’t look elsewhere when you’ve got nearly much everything under one roof love ya Dan ❤️❤️❤️

   I did the Classic & Russian Combi course with Daniella at The Dream Lounge. Firstly the salon is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. The course was very informative and Daniella made me feel very comfortable. If anyone is ever thinking of doing a lash course I would 100% recommend The Dream Lounge!
