   At every interaction with this company,the people we dealt with were lovely.Fern in sales was particularly helpful and knowledgeable and followed up with email and information.we went to the depot today to buy a small amounts of product but were given as much time and information to ensure we bought the correct items.all hail to Cameron who gave us great advice but also the chaps who brought the items to the car and helped to shoehorn everything into a small space.didnt unfortunately get their names but as with much of my experience in the black country everyone really friendly.thanks all,a great company and brilliant service. This is what it should be like.

   For delivery drivers: easy access to a toilet, very long waiting times. I have been there 2 times, first time it took 5 hours and second time 3 hours to unload. Staff is friendly though.
