    Beware. You have to pay for parking. Signs are not obvious and so many people like me get hit with £50 parking fine for a quick visit to Wilko. Won’t be going there again.

    I was at Wilko to buy hay for my daughter's guinea pig, unfortunately I purchased the wrong hay and had to take it back, the staff were more than happy to refund me, the hay I should have bought isn't in stock so I couldn't exchange it, they were expecting a delivery but unfortunately didn't know what they were getting

    Not enough tills on, there's nearly always a massive queue that trails back through the shop. Plus unless you have a blue disability badge, you have to pay to park. The staff themselves are fine, but there just aren't enough of them serving to keep the queues down. You spend longer in the queue than shopping at this branch unfortunately.

    Good value shopping but products are not always on the shelves (Distribution problems?). Some process are lower elsewhere locally so one needs to shop around esp for toiletries.

    Short-ish queue outside with social distancing. The car park was full. The ticket machine is currently out of order so parking is free. The shop inside was not well stocked. Many bare shelves and they didn't have the item I needed. The checkout queue was long.

    Only a few wilko shops in the black country area. This one is not only well stocked with goods but is a very busy shop for the local community.
