   It is, and always has been, an absolute pleasure to visit and purchase items from CCF, West Brom. Why? For a multitude of reasons including: efficiency, helpfulness, resource knowledge, securing the best price/rates, time taken to serve you, the cleanliness of the store and working area, however, and above all, is the delightful warm welcome, kindness and genuine warmth and pleasantness displayed on every occasion and without exception. I say all this having led my own teams of staff for the past two decades and whilst visiting my builders merchants the length and breadth of the country. However, the team of staff at CCF, especially the front of house staff, are head and shoulders above every other outlet I visit of which there are literally dozens on a weekly basis. This team of staff are an absolute credit to CCF as a company, to the building profession and above all, to themselves! Stunning people, beyond outstanding service - thank you!

   5 Star Service received!! Both from the office and the delivery driver. Dealt with Glynn Ricketts in the office who went above and beyond to help with my order. Delivery driver was also great and really helpful. Would definitely recommend CCF West Brom to anyone.

   Good stock people behind the counter friendly enough people on the yard ignorant and lazy! Take for ever to bring you're purchases out and not helpful at all! Went in for a bag of easyfill was kept waiting over half an hour!
