   Trustworthy and professional service from Em at Skin Studio. I recently had the Lumi Eyes treatment and I was a bit anxious beforehand. Having any treatment around the eyes is nerve wracking but I needn’t have worried. It was completely painless and I thought it would be especially where the skin is thinner but I was wrong. In the areas where it’s a bit thicker so towards the cheek, it scratched slightly but that’s all. Em is completely professional and knows her stuff. She is quick, gentle and puts you at ease. She explains everything she’s doing, what to expect, aftercare etc. I am so thrilled with the results. Under my eyes have been a concern for a while with tired looking, dark circles and puffiness but Lumi Eyes has really improved them. I don’t wear concealer now! Would 100% recommend.

   I also echo the review posted by Chris Windle. I scoured everywhere locally for a good quality, reliable, low hassle Covid-19 "Fit to Fly" Test for my children for a last minute Greek holiday. I must have looked at about 30 different offerings. Initially I was put off by just a name/mobile number listed on the "15Min Covid 19 Test" main website; but decided to give it a whirl. SO glad I did. Emmaline had a fantastic rapport, friendliness and really went the extra mile with re-assurance and to fit us in for testing very quickly. Communication from pre-booking, booking - and then final check on the day that the appointment was still fine was top-notch (she even fitted us in earlier). Can't fault the responsiveness. The environment is spotless, the procedure quick - and Emmaline pays great attention to detail that all the Personal Information is correct for the test and certificate. Will definately use this service for future requirements, and will recommend to friends and family.

   24 Hours before our holiday we got let down by the company we had booked for out Covid Fit to Fly Tests. We found Emmalene online and gave her a call. Within the hour we were getting tested, 15 minutes later our results 30 minutes later our Fit to Fly Certificates. All I can say is what a great service, a lovely lady who is very professional. We as a family would 110% recommend Emmalene.

She was so good with my nervous granddaughter and helped her to relax as she was having her teeth whitened. I would recommend her to anyone.
