Great ice cream and the gentleman serving was very pleasant. Bit pricey but delicious and adds to a lovely day out at a great park so will be back for more.
Thur 7th Sept 23 around 3.45pm - Bought a coffee and the guy serving was not friendly at all. He has not done the customer service training module! Coffee was nice and sitting outside at tables was good in warm weather.
Nice idea, great building in ideal park location. However, Huge queue, slow service and very expensive for a tiny ice-cream / coffee shop in Widnes. £20+ for 3 ice-creams. Not worth it
Great coffee, large variety of cakes, sandwiches and ice cream. It's a bit expensive, but I guess it's because of the location. There is toilet. You can dine in,sit outside or take away. There are highchairs for babies. Even water bowl for dogs with fresh water. Kind and helpfull staff.
Gorgeous gorgeous ice creams we had taken my grandson to the park it was a lovely hot day so stopped off to cool down. We beautiful. The place was very clean and really well run
Whilst visiting Victoria Park, Widnes, coffee became a necessity, unless you're three, then it was ice cream! So a quick stop at the cabin provided the necessary solution, three very happy customers. There was even a choice for the required flavour of ice cream, Pink!
Ice cream parlour ( kiosk ) now open so us dog walkers on our own can grab a drink easier. Great coffee. It really beats the other coffee shops. You can smell the coffee when you walk past the shop. Always queues though so they need to hire more staff.
