   Very rude staff MARTIN served me and he was worst cashier Ive ever seen in any toolstation branch. Absolutely disgusting. Asking me to be quick to find product code instead of helping me to find product code. Full of themselves this people. I don’t know why they work there if they don’t like their job. Tool station need to think again about their staff. Not worth of 0 star

   Had to order some bits for a job that my son is doing at my house this weekend. On checking with the colleague Craig it came to light I had ordered the wrong thing. Craig sorted it out for me, he was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use toolstation again.

   I prefer to use this toolstation rather than others in the area, parking is easy and the staff are always friendly and outgoing. A few times I've needed help finding the right accessories for tools I've bought and I've never left disappointed, always got exactly what I needed. Looking at a few other reviews about waiting though is no reflection on the staff they can only serve one person at a time so it's unfair to leave a bad review based on your own impatience!! I'm happy to wait regardless as I know I'm getting a friendly service which is uncommon these days. !!
