Prices decent. Purchased anthracite grey Wickes masonry paint. Very happy with the quality. Coverage in one coat.
Just a bit of advice. Their Dulux emulsion is on a very good offer at the moment. Unsurprisingly the stock is in short supply so you may decide to order on line as delivery is only £4. However your paint will now be in the hands of DPD, and whilst deliver is quick and they keep you informed, my last two deliveries have been damaged beyond all use. This left me with having to dispose of 15l of paint which is not as easy as it sounds.
Friendly staff. Error made on my order/delivery by a member of staff. Went in and explained the situation. Matter resolved incorrect tiles collected and new tiles delivered. Refund was given within 3-5 working days .
Right here goes The staff here are brilliant. BUT please don't buy anything from there online store I've purchased a towel radiator which is to small I've tried to return it 2 days running they should have collected it no show. Phoned customer services absolutely useless refusing to help me and refusing to let me speak to a manager will never buy anything from wicks again your loss not mine.
I recently had two bathrooms designed, bought from and fitted by this branch of Wickes. My designer was Petra and my installer was Dean. All in the work cost us £10k, which included high quality tiles, tiling, two showers, replumbing of a bath and all other fixtures bar the radiators and lights being replaced. Petra only charged us one admin fee despite it technically being two projects, which saved us a lot of money. The work was completed over two weeks and it was completed to a very high standard. The builder even installed a few extra things for us for free such as fitting two extractor fans, putting up a mirror and installing surface mounted door stops. We're very, very happy with the results and we can't recommend Petra and Dean enough.
Just had a kitchen design appointment with Petra. Professional, informative and no pushy sales, such a friendly lady. She gave me the kitchen I've always dreamt of. Having had appointments with other establishments for kitchen designs, Wickes is the best by far in my opinion. 5 star every aspect.
