   Just had darren work on kitchen design for my design, been playing on email back forth all year, I had Give a designer at magnet as Darren said what I needed wanted Cudnt be done, so gave magnet who solved den back to Howdens to redesign, but they didn't deserve kitchen, screwed design up 4 times den Wen ask to come house to measure tyres to delay till last day of sale so didnt have to send prices and spec quoted too till 2pm last day leaving me no chance to go elsewhere or tweak, luckally I had already given plans another store and she had once again improved Darren design, and even though Essex pissed on his quote what shamefully seeing as this 3rd kitchen from my local Howdens and yet a Howdens 300mile away by London comes in 1k cheaper and 300mile delivery Dan my local store who I tied in all year with Darren knew was poor and saving and Wen finally was ready a random store 150miles in Essex pissed on exact same spec quoted same items exactly, so I said ramb ure custom and for top tip, get design Howdens go DIY kitchen.co.uk destroy Howdens quote and solid carcass and custom if need owt a funny size Howdens getting to greasy and with sli kitchen designers like that, I won't ever put my money back in Howdens, dey too greedy too pricey and designer sli. Bye

   Disappointed with Howdens Halesowen. Had an 8am appointment with Darren this morning and at 7:58am received a call to say unfortunately the designer would not be attending. We work all week and saturday was an early start clearly for no reason! Furious to be honest but thanks to Howdens Rowley for saving the day!!

   So happy with our kitchen from Howdens! Darren helped us design our dream kitchen and no detail or question was too small during the process, communication was excellent and very fast delivery. Thanks to Darren, Connor and the team for all your help - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

   Great service, friendly staff, they really take the time to listen to your wants and needs out of a new kitchen and problem solve any sticking points. Great communication too, and much cheaper prices than many other kitchen suppliers! The range products available is very good too. Note that Howdens is trade only though, so you need a kitchen installer to go through with purchasing.

   Been waiting for a quote on our kitchen and keep getting false promises. We will call you later, come back tomorrow etc. It's been over a week and still they have no quote ready.
