These lot are full on a joke! Every time I book with booksy, the Baber keem cancels my appointments! Don’t waste your time with these time wasters!
I went to DarkFader'z with very high expectations after reading the reviews and particularly because it appears to be the only afro barbing saloon near Dewsbury. My son and I arrived to find the place was locked although lights were on and all. No notice or indication as to when it would be reopened we called the number on their signage but it went straight to voicemail. After waiting for 30 minutes we went shopping and I thought to give them a second chance but it was still locked. Needless to say I will not be going back there.
Amos is the best barber in the game. The shop itself has a very friendly vibe and it is constantly busy. They have a pool table and a PlayStation which the customers can use and even compete against the team of barbers.
Booked appointments at both the Leeds branch and dewsbury branch, only to see a closed shop with shutters down and no answer when you call the number to enquire .. why take on bookings if you're going to be shut? .. shocking service.

This is about Drewsbury shop.I Tried them once, sort of average experience,then decided to try them again .I booked an appointment and still got turned down after 3hrs of booking without an apology. Poor customer service ,barbers are not welcoming .Atleast if you are busy let your customers know and being polite goes a long way .A good competitor on Drewsbury Road who knows how to cut coloured pples hair will be much welcome .

My review is regarding the Leeds shop which I would not reccomend. These barbers have zero respect for the customers. I turned up for my appointment at the allotted time and the shutters were down. I waited 45 mins in the rain for someone to open the shop. Once open, a member of staff told me my barber was on his way and then he went upstairs so I was alone in the shop. I waited another 15 mins and left. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond me and I will put my life on it that it'll close soon because you simply cannot run a business like this.
