Really amazing staff, everyones really well dressed and put together and the vibes were amazing. Drink prices are on the higher side but honestly didn't mind bc of the great atmosphere. Security are also fairly alert when it comes to dealing with messy drunks and the toilets are very clean.
I went to this venue last Saturday and was told I couldn't go in because I was dressed too casual. I was invited to a birthday with friends and with my friends we waited an hour to be able to enter because the birthday boy was already inside celebrating as soon as I called him to speak to the bouncers to let us in they told him we were too casual to let us in and by their standard, however, there were people who were dressed much worse than us and they had let us in without problems in the end we went to another part with my friends and the birthday boy. awful experience and the bouncers rude to the core avoid this place absolutely.
I would put 0 stars if I can, haven’t even visited the place however I tried booking a table for my partners birthday so I sent them an email. They replied back asking how many boys and girls there will be. When I emailed back saying there will be more boys than girls they replied that they only allow a maximum of 6 boys on a table. So sexist and ridiculous when I asked them to elaborate on this they just replied “it’s managements policy” I would advise everyone especially if you’re a lad to not spend a penny in this place!
came here october 2021 and paid £16 for a double vodka coke and the boys inside were very pushy. wasn’t even worth the money to get inside. avoid this club- expensive and not worth it! music was rubbish from what i remember too.
They’re the rudest place you could go to. Club is rubbish and DJ’s are even worse. They pretend the club is busy when it’s empty. Door staff horrid. Can nearly breathe without being harrased by some door men wearing high visibility jackets. Overall a waste of money, time and energy. 1/5 because I can’t rate them lower than that.
I love the club but the door men are the rudest people you will ever mean, especially to the women. I had a guy tell me to shut up when I had a VIP Client booked for a table. They are the rudest human beings in the world
If I could put 0 stars I would… Where do I start? I booked a table for my friend’s bday and paid £100 deposit, when we got there the bouncers picked and choose who they were allowing entry, after 45 mins of making multiple attempts to inform them we had a table, they eventually allowed us entry. I was then told we were late and our table was given away, had I been given entry when we initially got there then I assume our table would’ve been available. I complained of course and the manager then returned our money and also brought a round of drinks but that doesn’t fix the fact we didn’t have a table and the club was completely packed offering us no space to move around. Later on whilst leaving there was a drunken man approaching women and being extremely aggressive and abusive, this was brought to the attention of the bouncers but they done nothing, I believe they knew who this man was. I sighted this drunken male slap a female across her face for no reason, I was then waiting for a taxi with my friends and this male then approached us and out of no where spat on my friend, of course we challenged this male and he went to punch me to the face, a group of boys intervened and pushed this male out the way. The group of bouncers that I can only describe as a group of bullies then approached and instead of attacking the drunken male, they targeted one young boy from the group that helped us and continuously punched him to the face. I pleaded for them to stop and they told me to ‘stay out of it’. The club and bouncers are terrible, this place needs to be shut down. Group of bullies who do not care for the customers of whom have entered the club and defend an abusive woman beater. Stay away!
Came here for a Hen Do last weekend! Firstly we was slightly disappointed by the attitude of the bouncers before we even got into the club. A couple of them made inappropriate comments which made us feel very uncomfortable. If we hadn’t already prepaid for our tickets we would have left. However once we got inside all of the staff were incredible, we couldn’t fault any of them. The manager Alberto was absolutely brilliant, he made our night one to remember! He looked after us from the moment we ordered our first drink to the moment we realised we’ve been dancing all night and decided to leave. He even surprised us with shots and a cheeky bottle! Thank you so much Alberto. Overall I would recommend coming here, it’s a smallish club with great music and fantastic bubbly staff on the inside. Thanks once again to all staff - Brilliant customer service! P.S Bumba thanks for the dance-off! ( I think this is his name)
Great night out. Don't know what staff members people giving negative reviews are talking about, the staff here were honestly incredible. Me and my party had no trouble getting in, even having a laugh with the bouncers. When we were in the staff really made us feel safe and like we were in a really premium environment. As soon as a drink was spilt the staff were already there making sure things were cleared and dealing with whoever threw it. Bar staff were also great and we were never waiting more then a couple minutes to order. Crowd was amazing, DJ was amazing and the staff really rounded together a good night! Would strongly reccomend to anyone looking for a classier club experience.
