I got my back waxed from them i felt great after nice staffs talkative and respectful and i highly recommend everyone to go there I promise you won’t be disappointed.
I paid alot of money for low lights n hightlights, had my hair done by Rebecca. my blonde was yellow so i wanted the yellow gone but also want it as ice blonde highlights to blend in the front,n low lights to break it up. Well i got a result finish of like having 2 block cols, which looked horrible when i did my hair, so i contacted Rebecca n she said she would put some on the top , but if i wanted some blond i would have to pay MORE MONEY. but it just looks like a out grown colour with grey roots, as the toner must have been a grey one. So i contacted Rebecca send her pics, 121 pound for this, and shes blocked me. So disappointed, as the pictures of the hairstyle she does is only from the back ,mine looked ok from the back , but the front n sides awful. I did explain this to Rebecca last nite but she didnt care and she blocked me. So be ware people , this one only knows the basics n even had the cheek to charge me for lowlights n hightlights. I went to hair salon to make me feel better about meself now iits so bad. N she Rebecca webster has blocked me. Christmas coming up and my hair wrecked. Very professional by blocking me.Thanks becca for your reply and adking Rebecca to unblock me, which was a waiste of time as rebecca is not willing to refund me so i can get my hair sorted. If i could upload pics of my hair i would do, but there is nno where to post on her page, i am taking Rebecca to court as she shouldnt be allowed to do things like this especially blockin me when we was having a convo yesterday .im so stressed and uset about this. Be very careful people.
Wow. Where do I even begin to find the words of the talent of Rebecca. I had a reaction to a product and my hair was left like candyfloss. I had dreaded going but even from the first message to me walking out I was treated with utter respect. Il never go anywhere else again now I have found here. Amazing people and amazing talent. They really went above and beyond for me and what I saw while there was they treated every client the same. True professionals. Not only that but my hair afterwards.. I was astonished. I can't recommend or praise this salon enough. A huge thank you!
