   We placed an order for cylinder locks and I got the order wrong! Despite the out of return time and no obligation on their part Matt at CBS went out of his way to sort the issue out to enable us to return the original cylinders and arrange for the replacement ones to be delivered. As well as excellent customer service the quality of the locks is also great - would highly recommend.

   This is a brilliant lock and door ironmongery store. When my lock broke on my upvc door as the hadn't got the actual lock in stock they lent me a temporary lock until the correct lock was delivered .. they also mended part of the latch mechanism free of charge which had come adrift. Brilliant service.
