   The owner's response is twisted. I have paid 237.47 but did not receive the delivery of the good as of now. The payment did not revert back to me. In Apr this year I served pre-court action and actually consulting solicitor pursue legal action on this company. Be really careful when you deal with this company. This company is very consistent with its rude customer service. Hung up and shout to customers over the phone is the norm. Check all the bad reviews. Avoid them!

   Used Avace to order Graphenstone paint. As far as I could see they were the only stockist who did free delivery with this paint. Very happy with the service. The paint is great and the delivery was prompt. The customer service team got back to me straight away when I had a query.

   The order process was incredibly efficient, and came with complimentary colour cards. We ordered 4, 60ml sample pots, and we selected loft white for our ceiling and green stone pale absolute matt for the walls. The paint was delivered London next day for free! Great service and paints, we will use them for future projects.

   A £146 pot of Demidekk coating arrived with the pot split open and leaking through inadequate packaging and failure to label the package in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction that it should be transported right side up. Avace refused a refund or replacement, offering a smaller size instead to compensate for spillage, totally ignoring that the compromised seal meant that the pot was no longer airtight, thus limiting its storage time before use. Never again!

   The powder itself is of ok quality, nothing great. However the customer service is beyond poor. We placed an order for a made-to-order powder which took longer than quoted. When it arrived it was not the required gloss level. Avace refused to ackowledge the mistake and will not replace the powder with the correct one without us paying in full again. We would of been ordering 100kg of this powder on a regular basis if they had at very least acknowledged their mistake. I have now ceased trading with this company.
