   From initial contact to delivery the company impressed me. Staff members are polite and helpful, and after I placed the order I was kept informed of the progress. The delivery was carefully unloaded and the driver helpful, advising me on how to store the wood until needed. The quality of the wood is excellent and the price is very competitive. This was a large purchase for me, building my own Garden Office and Shed, and I have had excellent value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this timber merchant.

   I popped to Robins timber merchant yesterday to purchase a piece of board to put on my painting easel. The lads behind the counter could not have been more helpful. The wood I brought was much cheaper than I expected. Even better, one of the lads gave me an off-cut from a panel board. I would highly recommend Robins timber, and although my order was minimal, the lads still took time to help me. Thank you, Robins timber.

   Robins Timber - Best prices, Good timber - I have to take time to mention the drivers who I believe are Andy & Rob a father and son who i've dealt with on 2 occasions. Respectful polite and down to earth. Happy to help with placement of the goods. Whilst ensuring a quality drop off in good time. They're an Asset to the company!    Super helpful, friendly & awesome prices. I phoned up and asked about ordering 12 Sleepers for a raised planting bed project to which the guy on the phone told me i could get it slightly cheaper if i ordered through their website. I ordered on the website on Wednesday night and said id be there on the Friday morning to collect. Got there Friday morning and the guy shows me to where my order is ready to pick up, super easy process. Would definitely use here again if i ever need any more timber supplies. Now all built up, Bitumen coated on the inside & outdoor Varnished on the outside. Thanks.

   Brilliant prices, delivery and service. Service at it’s best. Robins went out of the way to deliver (on a later date) an outstanding item, they forgot at time of delivery. Just in time, before the workmen were due. Shall shop again, as got more projects coming up….

   Excellent customer service from start to finish and great prices too. The personal touch you get from a lot of smaller companies really shines through with these guys! I couldn't have anyone at home when my delivery came, but they were happy for the driver to drop and run and fair play to him, he stacked my order really neat and out the way so my partner didn't drive into it when she came home from work! I just wish I'd found these guys before I'd built my workshop, I could've saved a fortune!

   Ordered 4*4(2) 4*1(6) 4*2(2) 3*2(1) Delivery was 2-3 days, and driver was friendly. Had to swap for another size, but no problem. They don't appear to open weekends, but good enough hours during the week. I can recommend them on promptness, friendliness and price, so quite happy to use in the future.
