Went to the pharmacy for something for a problem my wife had with her eye. The staff were very knowledgeable and empathetic and treated us with respect. They are very professional and would recommend them to anyone. Really good pharmacy.
After reviews I wasn't looking forward to attending but I was in and out in 5 mins, car park is busy so be warned to give extra time to park.
This pharmacy has really improved over the past few months. Short wait times and phone calls are actually being answered. Counter staff always helping people out translating and all sorts. Got my wifes prescription in 5 mins cant complain.

Rubish service nobody ever answers the phone also i was told my precipitation would be delivered and it never was I would class that as medical negligence
I'm having the same problem with them not answering the phone I've been waiting for my medication for 3 days ring ring ring that's I get I'm not happy I've been with this chemist from day one it needs to improve.
Had an awful experience today at this pharmacy, very disappointed with the service I left my mums prescription in December and didn’t receive it 3 weeks later that’s after I contacted them to follow up. Was told they are having issues as someone had left in November. That’s a YOU problem not a ME problem. The correct procedure is to contact the customer and make them aware it’s ready for collection I’m not interested in knowing who has left. Needs addressing unprofessional Asian female middle aged very rude needs customer service skills I don’t need an explanation or an excuses I need an apology. clearly isn’t aware of how to deal with customers.
This pharmacy is really unprofessional I ordered medication on Monday and it took them 3 days to realise they hadn’t send the request to my GP and only realised until I came in expecting my medication. They refuse to pickup the phones it’s a shame because one of the workers there has been really nice and helpful in the past but there’s just been too many mistakes for me to look past now. Will definitely be applying to another pharmacy
This Pharmacy never answer their phone, I went to Pharmacy to ask why they don’t answer the phone the young lady said they are too busy and short of staff, some times they disconnect the phone line. I will be going to a different pharmacy from now on.
