   Will not answer phone , if you are disabled ot does not matter they will not pick up you have to go there in person which can be annoying to ask them a question which we should be able to do by phone . I find them very poor and uncaring staff pure ignorance just letting the phone ring out

   Absolutely spectacular service from this pharmacy, came in on Friday with a horrible flu and asked for any remedies to help with my symptoms, the lady behind the till (an older blonde lady) was very helpful and handed me off to the pharmacist (lady in a hijab) who spent at least ten minutes explaining what each and every medication does, what I can’t and can take with it, she was very thorough. She even recommended some other home remedies. Would definitely recommend, especially because they close late, so I can come after work.

   Terrible for keeping their customers waiting, last time the queue was all the way to the door and nobody seemed to be serving customers, after queuing for over 20 mins I ended up leaving and going to Tesco pharmacy.

   Was refused antibiotics for my unwell child despite 111 sending a referral through and speaking to the pharmacist on the phone and asking him to provide the antibiotics explained many times that the antiobiotics were for my 9 month old who was unwell and was told 'no' he told me he wouldn't be giving me the medication even though 111 had sent a referral and asked him to do so stated he would only do it if it came from the out of hours doctor. The pharmacist was rude and unhelpful and due to him my child had to go a day without her antibiotics

   I have been meaning to post this. The staff here are just so friendly, even when they get busy, apologising about the wait etc. definitely recommend switching to here. Those opening hours are unbeatable.

   Great opening/closing times. Staff work hard. But some of the staff are incredibly rude. I thought their job was to help people, not make them feel like a nuisance.

   Always busy but they are always working hard as far as i can see. Best to go in the daytime midweek or later on (open till 10pm) if you want to avoid a queue. I have been using them for ages and never had any issues.

   Went to try and buy something today, As I walked up to the counter the person being served was attended to and went. The assistant left the counter without looking or speaking to me. I waited for a while and then asked themif they had what I wanted. The other assistant just said 'No', there was no suggestion of something else to try or somewhere else to go. I thought they were rude and unhelpful.

   I come in for monthly private prescriptions and drop them off. I’ve attempted to give them multiple chances as it’s in a convenient location for me, but there is always extensive waiting times. I have left and said I would collect in a few days and then returned and it is still not ready. Waiting times have been over 45 minutes at a time before I’ve said I would come back on an alternate date. On one occasion I’ve complained and the manager came over. He apologised, which I appreciated, however it was in such a way that made me feel like I was unwarranted complaining and making a huge fuss over nothing. Staff are polite, but waiting times are incredibly slow and this is a really big factor for me. I’m happy to drop off a px and collect when it’s ready even if this means on another day, it just never seems to happen.
