    Absolute nightmare !!! If there is a problem with your order they have no back up system , the helpline is infuriating and you cannot contact them by email . Save yourself time and hassle , go elsewhere for your shopping . Never again for me

    Save yourself all the hassle and buy from John Lewis or Amazon as their customer service is the best!!!! It’s very unfortunate that I am having to write this negative review. I would give this Argos branch as many negative stars possible, customer service at this store is the worst and not on just one occasion but on multiple occasions when I had to deal with their mature female staff (and there are couple of them at this store), to a certain extent I feel they are racist towards brown people as I have had similar feedback from my family members and friends. I have always left the store feeling extremely disappointed, harassed and stressed and will never ever recommend or buy from Argos Staff in this store. The male staff and younger staff have been helpful though. New staff should be hired and trained well in all areas of customer service to serve all customers despite their colour and race, no point retraining mature staff as the saying goes ‘can’t teach older horse new tricks’ :-(((((
