   Great service and drinks. Friendly staff. Only issue is a leaking roof causing a wet tiled floor but no faulting the workers. They were regularly mopping and had wet floor signs up.

   After writing a negative review, a week later I have seen the member of staff actually resolved this with me and explained the situation, apologised and we had a chat. She explained the situation and maybe I wasn’t as understanding so I also apologised. Thank you to Starbucks too for resolving this so positively and to the member of staff for being so understanding to why I said what I said, apologising and us now having a good relationship. Apart from that one incident, I have never had a negative experience - this is a calming place for me to come so I am so grateful that this has been solved.

   I had an issue with refresher drinks 2 weeks ago. My daughters ordered blended lime refresher and strawberry refresher. Taste wasn't correct but quickly remade them. My family complained about the drinks on next visit and Supervisor or Manger lady gave Service recovery vouchers and apologised.

   The staff here are some of the sweetest and most friendly I have ever encountered! So lovely and helpful. (Visited circa 1830hrs Thursday the 25th). Good was nice too, and we all know what we get with Starbucks coffee, that's why we go. Enjoyable experience. X

   Clean,tidy, friendly staff, not too busy, good selection of sweet and savoury food available, good range of drinks due to the Xmas menu being set. All in all, a pleasant way to kill an hour.

   Visited a couple of times, cool and on the whole clean however last visit the floor, tables did need a clear, wipe down. In addition App not working in order to register points, 50% of the frappe flavours unavailable and service despite not being busy was slow. Compared to other chain coffee shops, Starbucks is on the more expensive side but this is a decent size outlet, you can hook up laptop and work on their WiFi while enjoying a coffee and it has ample parking.

   Lovely brand new Starbucks!! Great location with fabulous views over Liverpool city centre! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took so much pride in their work it was great to see. The place was spotless. Had a gorgeous peppermint hot chocolate and cheese toastie. I will definitely return.
