   We booked an appointment for my wife and daughter to have both their hair done as part of my daughter's 21st birthday treat. However when they arrived they found that not only was there no trace of a booking for ANY day, the lady they were supposed to be booked in with, doesn't work fridays, the day we specifically requested. They were told they could wait to be fitted in but it would not be 2 or 3 hours at least. Considering we had plans, this was unacceptable.
