Went here regularly for a number of years, gone downhill recently. Waiting times getting longer (they say they're busy but what they really mean is that they are consistently understaffed) to the point I was waiting 50 minutes with only one other person in front of me. Cut my hair way shorter than I asked (asked for 1.5inch left on top but trimmed to a finger width because she was rushing to get me out of the door) was then charged almost double for a gents trim because "you're hair was quite long so it goes through as a restyle" despite it being no longer than any other time I've been in. If this was a one off it wouldn't be an issue but this is the third time in a row I've been in and had a bad experience in some form, from being stabbed with the trimmer to having sides be uneven. I won't be returning.

Ruined my hair. Showed even pic how I would like to cut. She just so so short that I can't do anything about it and totally hate my hair now. Don't go there. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Went for a complete restyle yesterday, and I've never had a worse cut in my life. Both sides were completly uneven let alone the back was all choppy, had to have my hair done again and cost me 47 pound to rectify the mistake. My three year old could of done a better job. Avoid! Amateurs!!
