Very disappointed. I haven't been here in over 5 years but thought I'd go back after coming back to the area. Never had any problems before. The stylist and I had the same idea in terms of hair style and I was happy with the consultation. I left the salon with a completely different hair style to what was discussed. Very unhappy with the fact I will be going to a different salon tomorrow to try and salvage what hair I have left. The stylist was lovely. I cannot fault them for that. I won't be returning.
