Lovely salon with very professional staff who are extremely friendly and do exactly what I want, I have Caroline for my hair she is simply excellent and Tara for my nails also brilliant, I enjoy my visits there, would highly recommend
Visited the salon for the first time yesterday and I wasn't disappointed . I have very long hair which I do very little with apart from scraping it back into a pony . It was my mums wedding and I wanted to make an effort for her big day. I came away with the most beautiful big curly blow out that lasted till the next day. The staff were so welcoming, it was such a nice experience. I don't visit a salon very often and most of my previous experiences at other salons have made my long hair feel like a burden which is probably why I put off going. I will definitely be re visiting and recommend them to all.
Lovely place. All staff welcoming. Emma is great with my children, one of which was fearful of a hair cut due to being SEN but she went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and now he looks forward to going!
I had a really nice experience at Karrisma! My partner surprised me by organising a pamper day and they didn’t disappoint! Caroline did an amazing job with my hair (I’ve been getting compliments with how good it looks!) Naomi was so accommodating and friendly and did exactly what I asked for with my nails. 100% recommend
This establishment doesn't welcome disabled customers. With all the professional salons around this area, I would think twice before using this one. This is a review and is my opinion based on true facts and experience of this business.
Made my first appointment here in my quest to find my new salon since moving to the area. Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. Waited 10 minutes before I saw a single employee who acted confused by my presence and asked if I'd been seen yet. I said no, and she looked up my appointment and asked me to wait a few more minutes. I left after 30 total minutes, most of which was spent ignored, watching other patrons paying and leaving or others being attended to as soon as they walked in. I walked away wondering why I was treated so poorly, is it just because I hadn't been before and others seemed to be regulars? Regardless, I felt totally excluded and very disappointed. :(
Loved every second in this beautiful salon. The girls are all so lovely. I booked in for colour lowlights,cut and blowdry,wanting something completely different to my usual look and wasn't disappointed.The best cut I've ever had! Thankyou girls I'll definitely be coming back.
very nice friendly salon, they can't do enough to make you comfy why your their, and i had a lovely cup of tea to, and i loved my new hairstyle, i will be back, thank you. ***** lovely place found it very relaxing & everyone was lovely. next time i might book to get my nails done too. because i noticed the young lady doing peoples nails looked brilliant.
