I phoned for an appointment which was my first visit. Receptionist sounded very friendly. On entering the salon I was greeted with smiles. The young lady washing my hair couldn't have been more pleasant! Steph did my cut and blow dry with such a result! Can't remember my hair ever looking as good, THANKS STEPH.
Amazing salon, friendly staff and atmosphere. I strongly recommend booking to avoid disappointment. I was very nervous finding a new hairdresser after moving far away from home but a friend recommended Mossops and I'm so glad because I've been going here for over 1 year now and love it! Thank you Tracey and the team ❤️ It can get busy on peak times so I would advise booking a quiet time if you struggle with busy places or feel overwhelmed easily. Parking not available on site but adjacent roads usually have spaces to parallel park. Wheelchair accessible with assistance.

What can I say. I have been to Tracy and her team for years and cannot fault what they do. They listen to what you want, they are truthful with you and advise you on your hair and what is best for you honestly the best salon around. We took our 2 year old for his first hair cut today and these guys were amazing. It could have been a really stressful experience but the lady that cut his hair (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name!) was so reassuring and wonderfully patient with him and us! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
I have used Mossops since the day Tracy opened the salon, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are so friendly, always a warm welcome. Tracy and Steph have a wealth of experience, I wouldn’t trust my hair in anyone else’s hands. Highly recommend.
I came to Mossops for the first time today needing something, anything, doing to my really long hair that hadn't been cut for nearly two years and its fair to say Katie did an incredible job! I came in feeling like my hair was just there, not doing anything but mopping around on my head and left with what I believe to be my new go to style! I have spent years trying to figure out what length and style i want my hair and today Katie helped me find that and I couldn't be more grateful, i will 100% be coming back in the future!

Rang up on the off chance (on a Saturday) to have my hair line tidied up, the owner squeezed me in and did an amazing job. Friendly staff and atmosphere. She didn’t charge me but I felt bad so bought the girls some chocolate and biscuits. Thank you so much
