   Waited in a queue of about 8 people for coffee and a toasties which we thought was on a meal deal offer. There was 3 staff serving, all female. Not a smile amongst them. Got almost to the front (queue building up behind( and one of the staff decided to empty the bins, admittedly they were almost full, but I'd been waiting for 15 minutes at this point. Eventually got served by another member of staff who was taking orders, putting toasties etc in the oven whilst the 3rd was making the drinks. 'Do you want medium drinks' she asked. Whatever comes with the meal deal I replied. 'These aren't in the meal deal' she said, not offering an alternative choice. I, at this point had almost lost the will to live so just said ok. She took the order and moved to the next customer. The 3rd person came back at this point, closely followed by a 4th (male) member of staff. Not good Costa, not good at all. All in all, it was 20 minutes from start to finish.

   Ordered two drinks via Click and Collect today and went to stand as we were supposed to at the end of the queue to wait for our drinks. Understood it would be a little wait because it was very busy and they were serving customers back to back when we arrived. When this had finished however, they started standing around and our drinks hadn’t come out, so I approached the till area and stood waiting to ask one of the colleagues, and neither of the two stood directly at the till in front of me acknowledged me and were questioning a receipt they were both staring at. I had to pipe up to get their attention and asked about our drinks. They then held up the receipt they had both been staring at and said “Oh yeah, this is yours, it will be out in a minute.” The lack of acknowledgement when stood directly in front of them and what appeared to be a lack of awareness towards my order is why I’m giving my rating. I will be using the Costa in the Next Coliseum-side instead.

   Outstanding food and service Makes me laugh how people complain about slow service. 100 people trying to get a freshly made coffee on a Saturday morning! So to a machine or McDonalds if you want fast. If you want best quality wait your turn, relax and enjoy costa. Amazing coffee and outstanding food. This store is great and nice and big. Thank you.

   Large Costa, didn't wait too long to be served, not very busy overall, tables were a bit cluttered but staff available quickly to clean up. Good selection of food. One of the better Costa in the area.

   Having yo stand and wait for drinks and listening to staff make fun of your order isn't pleasant. Food was good and so was the drinks.

   Very poor service compared to other Costa outlets. Not enough staff to manage the high traffic of this retail park café. After waiting nearly 10 minutes to be served my order was incorrect and not made together adding another 15 minutes before actually sitting down with our drinks, the barista making the cold drink orders up seemed flustered and hurried trying to get through several orders. Other customers orders were also incorrect or mixed up. The toilets were dirty too.

   I visited your cafe this morning. I got a latte and hot chocolate and a piece of raspberry triple cake. The drinks were cool and cake not fresh at all. The cafe for first thing in the morning at 10am did not have a clean appearance as floor was dirty under tables and toilet was not very clean.

   Great Costa will have to be awareness whag you ordered as the sweet desserts I ordered wasn't what we wanted so I had to ask twice for it to be changes the lad at the counter changed it but the lady at the counter showed him and me alot of attitude which wasn't needed as he was sorting my order out quite well until she got angry faces her made a mess of the plate. The wait is quite a bit in the queue, overall experience was OK the hot and cold beverages sweet desserts were on point
