    Went to this b&m and purchased a duvet, 2 sets of 2 pillows and a heated blanket. For it to be brought home, opened and it be soaking wet with water dripping out of it , all over my brand new carpets that have just been laid. I have brought these things for my toddler moving into her own bed and don’t think this is acceptable watsoever. The heated blanket that i purchased for my self was wet, smelt mouldy& was damp. You can check the mattress sheets whilst in the shop and see that it’s mouldy and water stained. The whole bedding isle smells mouldy and is rotten. Not impressed at all!

    Staff are very rude. Too much promotional clutter in the Isles making it hard to get past. Trolleys really old and difficult to push.

    Today i came in with my mildly autistic son to get a particular garten of ban ban toy, you had ran out but a young lad named Ryan tried to find one but when he couldnt allowed my son to take the empty box, which made my sons day. Top class customer service and a credit to yourselves and his parents. Thank you very much Ryan

    Amazing store. Plenty car spaces. Till staff so happy and helpful Garden center full of some amazing plants. Staff so very helpful. A must place to pop in. So much to see and buy. Amazing whiskey barrels for your plants or trees in. Stones. Decking boards. Play sand. So much to change your garden
