   I would not even give them one star. I said I would go into the story so here goes. The hairdresser who I made an appt with did not come across as very confident in her job. She spoke to me in a patronising way and even gas lighted me in front of customers. She then refused my appointment and told me to go telling me that I didn’t know what I wanted. I left feeling really upset. I did know what I wanted. I wanted my hair lightened to get rid of the brassy colour which would have meant bleaching it first then putting preferably a colour on or if not able todo this at the time a toner on it then next visit the colour that I wanted. She was only prepared to put Ash brown on it. Which I didn’t want. This is a very clicky saloon in my opinion. The owner never even reached out to me to ask what had happened. The owner totally backing up her employees side of the story. There are three versions, mine, hers and an unbiased factual one. If you are a new client I wouldn’t advise going there at tall. Go to Raffles in town. It’s really fairly priced and got excellent reviews and was really accommodating when I went in

   Thanks Debbie for the rescue job today. I love it! You even took time out of your lunch break to help me out. Really appreciate it. Also, thank you Laura for improving my self confidence before a very important meeting last year. It was at very short notice but nothing was too much trouble. Always a warm welcome. Always an immaculate salon. I love it here. Walk in like a stray cat, walk out feeling a million dollars.

   Absolutely Fantastic!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Laura and team are amazing , they make you feel right at home. The products are fantastic what they use , Laura's helped me recover my damaged hair over the last year from over use of bleach and hair Extensions ( not done there) , my hair is the best it's ever been, it's in super condition it's so shiny and silky , I 100% recommend this salon xx

   Upon recommendation I went to this salon. I have only been 5 times and after my last service I was left extremely unhappy. The hair colour has never been washed off my scalp properly nor have they made any attempt to remove the colour from my hairline and let me walk out of the salon. This is supposed to be balayage colouring. The cut has left me with chunks missing to which I was told "that’s how layers are meant to be", when I called to speak to the stylist about it. My hair is noticeably longer on one side at the back. I am not able to wear my hair down because it looks a appalling. I have no faith in them even putting it right. I will never return! I wouldn't even give a full star!
