   Whilst my nails look nice, the experience and customer service was bad. I was left alone for about 10 minutes and had constantly different people working on my nails. But what mainly caused me to not come here again, where am from (Nottingham) these nails would cost 45£ at most but I got quoted 60£ without student discount as they can’t do this on card payments which in my eyes is wild.

   Had my nails done here on the 21st of October and they've lasted ages. Only chipped for the first time yesterday, after nearly four and a half weeks (photo of my nails after 4 weeks below!). Great value and great service.

   Do not recommend! I went to get my nails done and they filed my right index finger which cut into my skin and I had to tell them to stop and be careful, the nail technician just laughed and said ‘cuticles bad’. I let this go and then another member of staff began to do my nails, he clipped my left index finger to which I said that really hurt and he then laughed and said sorry. He held his finger down on my index finger to try hide the fact it was bleeding which started to sting. He said it won’t stop bleeding and tried to put GLUE on my finger. I said you are not putting that on my finger and four members of staff tried to argue to say it’s ’approved’ by NHS and it’s from the hospital. I picked the bottle up which said ‘avoid contact with eyes and skin’, the lady tried to get cocky and shouted across the counter ‘avoid contact with EYES’ to which I shouted back and said ‘AND skin’. It did not stop bleeding and I refused glue being put on my skin (picture attached of the product they tried to put on my skin). They charged me less however this level of service of being cut twice is disgusting and I will be reporting it.

   Very happy with my visit to this nail salon. I explained my nails are super fragile and can’t take a lot of filing with the drill he understood and was really gentle and careful. He took extreme care when doing my design to make sure it was absolutely perfect

   cut my hand with a drill then put nail glue in the cut and covered it with gel, the owner was lovely but the man was rough and laughed about me and my friend and talked about us in a language we don’t understand, i then payed £45 after this horrible service, i will be coming into the store and requesting a refund as soon as possible. but the lady who owns the salon is lovely, it’s just unfortunate it was a horrific experience!

   Daughter saved pocket money to go here, booked an appointment for 4pm straight from school, I had to pick her up at 10pm. Charged more than what they were expecting to pay. Tried to steal her AirPods to the point 2 school girls had to confront them. Avoid!

   Very upsetting experience when having my toes done on the pedicure chair he didn't offer a towel to protect my modesty or offering me somewhere private to remove my tights the floor was slippery nearly slipped no signage displayed. Offering me no towel to protect my modesty Left me as an Asian lady exposed not something srilankan women like. The Chinese Lads looked up at my skirt at my underwear. As a Christian srilankan lady I found this unacceptable customers in the shop were staring at me clearly thought it was funny to have a lady feeling exposed when doing my toes on the pedicure chair the Chinese Lads never offered a place to hang my coat they didn't want to perform a pedicure treatment on my feet very rude lads clearly racist showed no respect.i hope the lady who is the owner who is Buddhist understands this and wouldn't wish any lady like myself and another lady to go through this experience giving me a 5.00 voucher as a goodwill gift does not make up for the disgusting experience.during both treatments the lads made no effort to chat be friendly or offered a tea or coffee or magazine to read. Bad experience won't use this salon again

   DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Would give it 0 if I had a choice to. My sister and her friends booked an appointment here for 4 o’clock and didn’t get seen until about 7:30. Where do I even start. First of all, my sisters friend got told to go get a base colour for her nails whilst all her belongings were on the table. My sister turned around for a split second and when she turned back round, her friends airpods were gone. My sister decided to confront the male and when she did, another male said ‘that’s not hers that’s mine’ and then continued to hide it under the table. When my sister argued back, he gave up and said ‘never mind that’s not mine’ pulling it under from the table. Second of all, they waited 3 and a half hours until getting seen. RIDICULOUS. Third of all, both my sister and her friend got told that acrylics with plain colour is £36 but when arriving at the till, got told £50 each which the kind woman at the till asked the man who took the airpods so he had told her to charge them both £50. My sisters friend decided to call her parents as there was constant arguing and over charging and when they arrived, they decided to accept the £36. I’ve heard many rumours about Ebor nails and have decided to ignore them but after my sister and her friends going through what they did, I will no longer be using their service or even recommend to anyone. If you want to get your nails done at somewhere that doesn’t STEAL, somewhere that does make you wait ridiculous hours and somewhere that doesn’t overcharge you go to CN nails down Bishopthorpe Road. DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

   I’m very unhappy with my experience this morning. I tried to contact you directly to provide feedback but the contact form on the website isn’t working and no one answered the phone. The quality of the regular nail varnish is very poor and the service is very slow. The nail varnish has bubbles in it as you can see in the photos. I paid for a manicure and pedicure, and the quality of the manicure as well is so poor for the price.
