AVOID! Paid £41 for acrylics that were extremely thin, absolutely no apex and started to lift after 2 days. I was told I could go back for them fixing but they needed fully redoing nevermind fixing. I was going away so ended up taking them off and putting some gel polish on myself as I wanted nice nails. I was told if I sent photo proof that I removed my nails I would get a refund which I did but I'm now being ignored. For the same price I advise going to a british nail tech who are better at what they do, use better products and have better customer service. More fool me for using this place.
Such a lovely experience, I was treated so well, and made to feel welcome. It was my first experience of having my nails professionally done and the gel nails with tips were beautiful and perfect as I was attending a wedding. The young lady who did my nails was so nice and did a great job! Many thanks Nail Lab !!
I’ve been coming here for a good few months now for biab and my nails have never been better, they always take so much care and make sure they’re happy with the final result as well and are alwaus friendly. These are my natural nails and they’ve never looked better thank you so much!
Was really quick and had really good service. She was nice and very polite. The nails came out exactly how I asked for, very happy with them and definitely will go back and I recommend it.
Got my acrylics removed and gel on. Despite french manicure being £12 and acrylic removal £10, they wanted to charge £25 for some reason. No general conversation made with me, everyone else got a loyalty card and chocolate beside me and they didn’t remove the acrylic completely so you can see it through my gel. The polish is super thick and uneven too. Creds to the guy in the pink hoodie though, he was lovely.

Had my simple gel polish done here with a lovely Yorkshire lad. A gel polish isn’t anything technically crazy, but I’ve had some real bad ones. The foundational work he did, buffering etc. really made a difference. Lovely smooth finish too. Thank you!
What a fabulous find! Any design is doable, the service is quick and thorough, and the staff are friendly. An appointment that has taken others almost 3 hours, took Lab Nail Bar 1 hour and it was so much better too! Also love how thin and strong the acrylics are! Give this salon a chance - you won't regret it! Also worth noting is that they do walk-ins!!
I have Always gone here for my nails doing, they always do an absolutely amazing job, and I wouldn’t go or trust anyone else, super friendly and chatty and I always look forward to coming in! My mum now even loves coming in for her eyebrows doing! Highly recommend!
