   Absolutely horrific. Used wrong colour for blonde, said I didn't want it ash but warm.. I got Ash. I said on the phone I would probably have a semi permanent colour, no mention that they only do permanent colours and have no semi permanent in stock. So I wanted a warm semi and got a ash permanent. The cut was a mess, I have a one length straight cut, that wasn't straight at all. I had to go back to straighten it out. I said i was unhappy about the other things but she just said she would straighten cut. The thing though I am most upset, angry and frustrated with is the fact I told kerry my hair was very fragile around the front and I had spent the last last year working on the condition of my hair and had a keratin treatment and it was getting better and I liked my clean blonde. The laziness to not blow dry my hair, just blasting off then destroyed my hair with the straighteners. It looked frazzled at the end of service and she just put some serum on. My hair looked much worse then when I went in. I got home and cried and wanted to shave my hair off. It felt disgusting from the products used, dry, knackered and knotty. I feel so annoyed. I went off the reviews and thought looked OK, but now I have got months and months to regrowing the hair that was damaged. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this has really annoyed me

   Omg I love Hair Envy! I was looking around for a new salon and came across these 2 ladies and I'm so happy I did. Laura & Katy are so talented and have advised me what would suit me better when I've fancied a change and the best products to use for my hair type. They're both always polite and chatty, the salon has a friendly atmosphere and I've always felt welcome every time I have visited.

   Me and my family all use this salon. Katy is brilliant with my 4 boys. I have a 4 year old who in the past hasn't liked his hair cut but now looks forward to it and doesn't want to go anywhere else. Katy is also brilliant with my son who has learning difficulties, he can be easily distracted but she is always really patient with him. Always gives brilliant service and her prices are great.
