   I have never in my life been served by a worse barbers than this one. I warn future customers against using the services of this barber. Recently the owner has changed and now there is a new one. I used the services of the two previous barbers and I was mostly satisfied. I went there this Friday at 1pm to get a haircut. I sat in the chair and showed the haircut I wanted. The previous barber did it for me without any problem, my earlier haircuts were always done this way, so this one had an easy job. I was not served by the owner, but by a barber who rather looked like his cousin. I asked if he could do it, he said: “no problem brother.” After 10 seconds when he started, I asked if he really knew what he was doing, because if he started cutting my fringe with the machine in a straight line, it couldn’t work out. The owner, who was the barber next to us, came over and said: “let him finish.” That was my mistake, and then it only got worse. After 15 minutes he started cutting my beard and ask if he could stop beard and I suggested him the hair wasn’t finish and I showed him the picture and said: “man, this is a joke, finish the back for me and make a straight fringe. While I was sitting in the chair the owner asked what I didn’t like. I said: “man, you see this picture – and what is this supposed to be?” He started talking something in Arabic and the person who was cutting me suggested that I could leave if I didn’t like it. I said: “are you joking? Now it’s too late.” I told them to cut the sticking-out hairs at the back and make the fringe straight, and the rest I would finish at home myself. The owner finished it while constantly talking loudly in Arabic. He then claimed that it was my fault, not theirs, because I have such a head and hair. I said that before he even started I asked if he could do it, and he told me it was no problem. And the previous barbers did this haircut for me because it is easy and quick. He told me that they are not here anymore and that I could have gone to them. Terrible approach to the customer. I paid them £15, but this is absolutely not about the money. After this situation I will never use the services of Turkish Barber again.

   Not bothering here anymore decent cut but one of them tried ripping me off charging full price for just sides cutting last time and says shut at 6pm but at 5.30 with no one wouldn't do it.
