   The best nail salon I’ve ever been to!got my nails done and I snapped 1 at work and Lan the nail tech came in on her day off(mothers day) just to fix it for me so I didn’t have a chipped nail on eid!!!highly recommend

   came here yesterday to get some simple blue french tips and they did them wonky, the acrylic has already chipped, and the quality is shocking. Yes they may have been simple to do but he should have taken his time , normally acrylic nails would be 40mins to an hour but he rushed and the lack of effort was appalling.

   got charged £45 for a full set that had the exact same design as I set I had done a few months ago that was £35, only french tips with a line outlining the tip. never been charged anywhere near that amount for a full set and surprisingly it’s way more than im charged for a full set in Manchester! the person i was with got more colours AND glitter on their nails and was charged £30, fully feel like i’ve been ripped off just because im young

   The first time, I had acrylics for my wedding and they did a great job. The second time, I had them removed and asked for BIAB. What a mess. Very blobby (too much at the base of the nail) and not smooth, varnish not to the edges or even smooth, just super rough. The staff changed over half way through filing the nails to speed up, and I felt super rushed like I was a product rather than a customer. Very in and out (being a Saturday morning -9am) didn’t offer cuticle oil, had to ask for it, and I just didn’t enjoy the experience. Now on the lookout for a new salon as I won’t be returning.

   Been a customer for 10 years. Personal service, fully inclusive to all, fab creative ideas and solutions. Fixed my nail even when I crushed it in a car door! Lan and the team are dedicated, professional, welcoming and really good value. I’ve never been disappointed. Well done everyone! 100% recommendation from Me!

   Weird experience, felt uncomfortable at times when staff would clearly talk about you in another language. 4 different people did my nails, 4! One guy had done a bad job with the shaping and start of my nail art that a girl swapped with him and re did it. At first look I was happy enough but when had a close look later on, you can see some of the nails aren't straight and most aren't the same length as the other hand.

   First time going here, wasn't impressed, was expected to know we're to go how much to pay and what needed doing. Walked in shop and was told to go upstairs, so not knowing the shop went up the first steps in bottom of shop, to then be told no go up some more stairs, which I struggle with stairs but to save embarrassment I managed, top level I waited my turn but luckily I had a mask with me as the fumes from the nail stuff was overpowering. 2 people did BIAB on my nails, wasn't filed properly or shaped very well, felt like it was too much of a conveyor belt system, I paid £28 which is fine, but even on paying downstairs you are expected to know what you have had done, ( only 2 time in a nail salon , so didn't know if I had infills or what I had done.) Think I prefer somewhere on a personal level, but if you know what you are having done, and not a first second timer like me , and just want a walk in appointment then this place will suit you.

   Worst nails I’ve ever got. Left the skin around my nails an absolute mess and ripped off some skin skin. Acrylics usually take around an hour+ but they did mine in about 20mins. The design was so simple to do yet they rushed it and left areas blank. I also asked for a letter K in a font but she did it in literally 5 seconds and it looked sooo bad. The man in the shop was also really rude for no reason.

   I visited Top Nails in Wakefield today for the first time and from start to finish I had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They have a lot of options and did exactly what I asked for. After looking at pictures of their work I am so happy I came here. The staff were polite and the quality really so reflect. Definitely my go to nail salon for now on!
