The staff are so lovely but the nails are a mess. I got biab and the process to begin with was great. She really took her time. But then there was an issue with one of my thumbs where all the gel cured to one side. She did it again but it did the same thing and I now have a weirdly flat lump (I know that sounds like I’m contradicting myself but that’s what it is). I asked for round shape and I don’t know what I got but it’s not that. My nails aren’t the same length or shape and you can see my nail under the colour. There are also lots of bubbles and the nails feel very flimsy. Was quite sad after it started so great.
The best nail shop I’ve been to in Leeds, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amazing service and colour choices.
My first time coming to Anne nails, what a lovely experience it was I have ADHD and and kept me very calm throughout very smiley told me all about her beautiful family culture while talking about ours very personal and professional was more than just getting my nails done. I felt like I was at a friends can’t wait to go back think I’m finally going to let a nail tech get to my toes. I felt that comfortable Thank you so much.

i received a pedicure which included a foot spa treatment. The lady was friendly but she accidentally made me bleed when cutting my cuticles which I was willing to look past. However when scrubbing my feet she used the rough scrubber for the top part of my foot which resulted in me having a lot of raw scratches on both my feet now. I feel like this isn’t justifiable for £35.
Student-friendly prices compared to other salons in the area but nothing exceptional in terms of the final result. The application process was smooth but I noticed the nail technician was too lazy to even out the nails with the drill after. Instead, they went straight to applying gel polish.
Would not recommend. The owner got a male staff to do my nails. He was quite rough while painting my nails, constantly scratching around my cuticles to remove excess gel polish. The end result was quite messy. The polish was painted over the cuticles. I really dislike how my nails looked after. They look very unprofessionally done. It was quite unsanitary as well. The male staff was not wearing a mask. He was filing my nails over a basket of colour samples and the dust was getting all over the basket.
