   With a let property that needed a new Kitchen, fire doors and, vinyl click flooring, my builder advised me to try Howdens. With no previous experience of using them, I paid a visit to their local depot in North Kingston and they helped every step of the way. From meeting me at the property, to design and visuals, right through to product selection, supply and delivery. The Branch Manager John, Tanya and Francesca were very helpful throughout with their advice on the design and suggestions to keep the price within my budget. They made the whole process smooth and I was super pleased with the final install. Their no quibble return policy is also excellent. I rate them highly for their customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

   We had a great experience with Howdens throughout our kitchen renovation. The team were professional, helpful and quick to respond at every stage. When a few challenges arose, they handled everything proactively and made sure the final result met our expectations. We really appreciated their support and would definitely recommend them to others looking for quality products and excellent service.

   Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced at Howdens Kingston" Absolutely dreadful customer service today at Howdens Kingston. I came in for a straightforward refund, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. The staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and acted as if I was doing something wrong by asking for a refund. I was kept waiting for an unacceptably long time, and the entire process was dragged out. The receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive, and unfortunately, the manager seemed to condone this behavior. This experience has genuinely put me off Howdens, and I certainly won't be purchasing my wardrobe from them as planned. This level of unprofessionalism is a disgrace, and I hope they review their CCTV to see how their staff are treating customers.

   We replaced our kitchen with Howdens. They were helpful in the design process, however, they got the measurements wrong so a number of the units didn't fit when they arrived. The mistake was clear to see and accepted by Howdens. But when it came to returning some items and getting a refund, they became inconsistent and unhelpful. Its left us with a sour taste and we won't be going back.
