    I had a great experience at Platinum.. the staff are super friendly and they were able to colour correct highlights that were done at another salon a week ago! And for half the price I was originally charged! The colour is fabulous and I will definitely be returning for all my hair care needs. The atmosphere was so comfortable and the fact that they've all worked together for years is evident in how relaxed the whole experience was.

    I have been searching Nottinghamshire for 9 years now, for a hairdresser that will just dye my strawberry blonde hair, to white. Every single salon I have been to, (including Toni and Guy in Nottingham city centre) have overcharged me massively, upsold me a ridiculous amount of products EACH TIME with no clear pricing and made me go back up to 3 times to do what I know is possible in a few hours. Well, this salon has given me EXACTLY what I asked for, at a reasonable price in an absolutely wonderful atmosphere. I’ve never felt so relaxed in a salon, and trust me, I’ve visited every single type of salon you can imagine, TRYING to get my hair how I want it (which believe me is an easy task!). The salon itself is in a lovely village setting, and opposite a little shop and a cafe. It’s a really bright salon with big windows that let lots of light in, which is lovely when you’ve been shoved into dark corners of other salons for hours on end! The seats are comfortable and the individual spacing between each chair is great- you don’t feel squashed in like sardines, and the WiFi password is displayed at each chair - super handy! The wonderful ladies in the salon are so kind and friendly, honestly they made what is normally a horrible experience for me, actually quite enjoyable. My cut and colour are absolutely beyond expectations, and the styling was fantastic too. I skipped out of that salon like I was ten years younger! Thank you SO MUCH! You have a new customer for life!

    This is a great, welcoming place to get your hair done. Wether you want a trim, colour, re-style or wash n blow-dry this is the place. I've been coming here for various things for years. I've had colours, long to short re-styles or trims. All is good.
