   Went there for some prices, and it was like trying to get blood out of stone. The people there couldn't be bothered even to acknowledge my presence. Seriously, people, if you don't want to serve someone, at least give them 2 mins and get rid of them. Went to B & Q and spent my money there

   Great customer service from Lauren in helping me to plan and design my kitchen - she was so patient and nothing was too much trouble. End result - I just love it. Shane on delivery was so helpful too, as was Alex when Lauren was off one time. Quality of product is great. I would highly recommend!

   Popped in on the spur of the moment as just received brochure and wanted to look first hand as looking to update kitchen.Member of staff was on hand to explain the different designs and was very helpful. Units looked good quality and well made and worth considering.

   I’am extremely happy with my new kitchen which has exceeded all of my expectations and more of what I wanted my dream kitchen to be. I’ve been waiting a very long time for a new kitchen, designed the way I wanted it. The last time my kitchen was done up, was 25 years ago and was made from a display model on a kitchen showroom that we got cheap. So I had to design it to fit with what we had, which meant I didn’t get the layout I really wanted. Howdens did everything possible to make sure that the kitchen was practical to me and also looked amazing. The very friendly staff at the Kingston depot made the whole process smooth with their knowledge and experience, which I thank them for and can’t recommend them highly enough.

   From start to finish the planning and purchasing of my kitchen couldnt have gone any better. I dealt with a guy Aaron who was great at helping me with my design and coming up with a gorgeous kitchen. The whole team was helpful. Highly recommend their service.

   Very impolite Manager called Marc Southgate. Following on from a store visit to discuss 4 x tiny pin connector's missing from the delivery, I was shocked by the managers attitude. He literally insinuated that I was lying and made me feel very uncomfortable. He repeated loudly that his inventory check was never incorrect (as if I would purposely lie about a tiny £2 item). Considering I spent £20K on a kitchen for myself only last year followed by the purchase of a small kitchen unit recently for my company it's appalling. The guy was so rude in front of staff and my 7 year old. I explained that the items were delivered by them and everything was still in the box and it clearly wasn't in there. He then went on about having a time frame to report on stock issues. Yes I did pay for the items 4 weeks ago, but it got delivered 3 weeks ago and we only started building it 2 weeks ago. To argue with a customer over a couple of quid when I was with a kid was appalling. I did finally pay the £8 (as I needed 4), but out of principle as a manager he needs to go on a customer service course. Real shame as other staff in there have always been quite helpful and pleasant. But, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on as it's shown me they are happy to take your money, but if a problem can be extremely rude.
