   Visited the store to purchase a drill bit, and was surprised when they requested my contact information as part of the purchasing procedure. If you're interested in adding me to your marketing list, it's polite to seek consent from your customers beforehand, rather than masking it as a requirement for a digital receipt.

   Mostly a good branch. Never usually have issues getting products. However if a ‘click and collect’ that I’ve ordered isn’t actually in stock then it would be courteous to phone me to inform me and offer alternatives if necessary rather than wait for me to turn up at the branch to tell me ‘the product you ordered isn’t in stock so I’ll have to refund you’. Only knocked a star down as usually don’t have issues.

   I preferred going to toolstation over screwfix, but not anymore. Almost everytime I've gone there, stock wasn't available at the tyseley branch, so it either had to be ordered in or I had to go to a different branch to collect. It would nicer and faster if like screwfix, your stock levels showed what was available at a chosen branch on the item page as opposed to checkout.
