Visited for the first time today with some serious tlc needed. Courtney who worked on my hair was kind, understanding, ready and willing with a warm cup of tea. Clean, friendly and definitely hard working. Walked in unhappy with how my hair looked, left feeling confident and much more in love Thank you ladies xxx
Come in to the salon today as my hair has been thinning and I was very self conscious. Sue helped me out tremendously and made me feel happier. I was also treated to my eye brows too. Keep up the good work ladies

After a home box colour disaster I popped into Kuttin Kru for the first time today. They were so understanding of my situation and promised they could sort my hair out straight away and they totally delivered! I didn’t even need an appointment and didn’t have to wait The girls who did my hair were really nice and professional and knew exactly what to do to lift my hair with recommended highlights The salon had a really nice social atmosphere and is the nicest place I’ve ever had my hair done I will deffo be back in the near future!
Wednesday 10th January I went to the salon for a hair cut. I noticed a few days later that my hair wasn’t straight at all. Wednesday 17th January I messaged the salon owner on social media I asked if someone could sort my hair out and sent her the picture of my hair. She told me to go back which I did on Thursday 18th January. Again I left the salon and my hair wasn’t any better, I ended up going to a different salon to get it sorted I then messaged the salon owner telling her I still wasn’t happy with my hair and that I’d been else where for it to be cut properly, I also asked them to cancel my next appointment and all I got back was ‘cancelled love’. Today Saturday 20th January the owner of the salon has messaged me again and it’s come to her attention that I’ve put a post on social media and could I remove it so it doesn’t upset the stylist even more and that as a gesture of good will they would have done my next cut for free … what about me, the customer who paid for a hair cut that clearly wasn’t right then had to go and pay someone else to sort the mess out. Great customer service eh!
Had my Hair, My Gel Nails, My Eyebrows done with the Mother’s Day Package, has they have on offer on, Absolutely love everything I had done, They did everything to how I wanted my hair to be, my nails, and brows, So happy with the results, and was done at a great price!! Great staff and service. Would highly recommend Kuttin Kru xxx
Would never use this salon again had to return because my hair was no different after spending £70 and I've had problems with my hair ever since I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone

I had a hair cut, dye and style this morning for a wedding, I always feel so welcome here. Absolutely fantastic service, always leave very happy with the results and couldn't recommend a better place to go!!
