The store manager (the English lady) is an INSOLENT! A couple of hours ago she refused to exchange a broken kettle because she did not accept the receipt! She said she needed the confirmation email. Since when Argos managers do not accept receipts? If you see her in that store run off! Go back when she is not there! She spoke to me with an INSOLENT tone and she gave to me a bad look for no reason! She saw I was upset and she said to me twice:" Have a good day". She is not only RUDE! She is SARCASTIC as well! Argos should definitely change the manager!

Date & time of visit: 20 March 25 @ 12:15. Only gave one star as there are no lower options. Extremely rude manager and sales assistant. They gave an impression they didnβt want to be there. I think they completely forgot itβs the customers that are paying for their salaries. Had previously used this store and the staff were very helpful and polite. I really hope Argos management will do something about this if they really care about their customers.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional having insolent tone. I went there to exchange an item, I had previously collected. They didnβt even confirmed an item and started to check the item in very disrespectful and disgusting voice. She doesnβt even know how to handle and talk to customers. Very disappointing store manager.

The manager is very rude I went there to exchange my broken microwave she insulted me and told me is my fault that is broken so they canβt do anything about it in a disgusting voice and even use her dirty foot to push the microwave back to me like a football, I came home to talk to someone online and they were quick to solve problem, she is very rude , races and doesnβt know how to talk to costumers I donβt no why people keep on complaining about her but no one has ever talk sense into her head, she needs a training .
