   WE WENT TO HOWDENS SUTTON BRANCH ON THURSDAY 2ND JANUARY 2025 HAVING HAD OUR RENTED PROPERTY TRASHED & WE NEEDED A NEW KITCHEN ASAP. WE MEET THE BRANCH MANAGER JOHN WHO WAS SO HELPFUL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS SECOND TO NONE & A PLEASANT CHANGE CONSIDERING IT WAS THEIR FIRST DAY BACK TO WORK. HE WENT THROUGH OUR NEEDS & EXPLAINED ALL THE PRODUCTS CLEARLY & PRECISELY, THEN WE SAT DOWN TO GO OVER DESIGNS. WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS HE SENT A SURVEYOR A YOUNG LADY KENNEDY TO OUR PROPERTY, SHE WAS ALSO EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE A REAL CREDIT TO THE COMPANY. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE & PLACED THE ORDER, THE KITCHEN IS BEING DELIVERED TOMORROW,2 DAYS FROM ORDER UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU TO THE SUTTON BRANCH, MAGIC SERVICE.

   Terrible service, it seems you are begging to give them your money! Had a virtual appointment with Dean who said the quote would follow by the end of the week. two weeks after I chase this quote and he just apologies and he would get it to me the following day. week after i call and he does not even take my call nor return my call. If you want good service do not use this branch!

   Bit hard work dealing with this company, but got what I wanted in the end. I don't think my £7500 order was big enough for them. 2 years down the road and my taps are dripping, many of the doors no longer work correctly and I now realise the quality of their products are very poor. I did call 4 weeks ago about my dripping taps and was told they will call me back, they never did as their customer service is as bad as their products. I have made 3 calls to order a part and each time I was told someone would call me back, but they never did which just about sums up their customer services.
